Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of lyophilized peptide chains and strict quality control standards preventing cross-contamination, returned compounds cannot be reintroduced into our cleanroom inventory. Therefore, all sales of analytical chemical reagents are final upon dispatch.
2. Damaged or Discrepant Deliveries
If your package arrives physically damaged or does not match your packing slip, contact support@miraclepeptides.company within 48 hours of delivery with photographic documentation. Verified claims will receive immediate expedited replacement.
3. Analytical Specification Guarantee
If an independent blind test from an accredited laboratory demonstrates that a lot does not meet our certified purity threshold (≥99.0%), we provide a 100% store credit or full replacement.
